The staff and location of the hotel are incredible! This hotel is directly across from the Blue Mosque and easily in walking distance to most of the major attractions such as Hagia Sophia and Grand Bazaar. The T1 line is also extremely close. We were upgraded to an ocean-view room because it was our honeymoon and it was honestly beautiful. This is not a large hotel by any means but we managed fine with 2 large suitcases and carryons. We also did a lot of shopping and managed to fit the bags as well without issue. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. We also enjoyed the breakfast. It’s not a 5 star meal by any means but it was a decent selection and always tasted good. They have a good selection of teas as well. The staff is really wonderful. We had nothing but positive interactions with every member. There was an earthquake while we were there so the lift stopped working but they sent someone to help us get our luggage from our room and carry it down the stairs. They really do care about their guests. They also speak multiple languages so they were able to communicate with us in English no problem.

The location is perfect - close to everything you’d want to see and do, with easy access to transport, restaurants, and attractions. The facilities were excellent - clean and well-maintained. From the comfortable rooms to the relaxing common areas, everything was thoughtfully designed for a great stay. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the staff. Every member of the team was warm, welcoming, and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Their genuine hospitality made all the difference. Unfortunately I injured myself after falling while out exploring Istanbul. She was so caring, helping me up the stairs, making me a cup of tea, getting soft foods to eat and even offering to cut the food up! What a credit she is to the hotel, only wish we had asked for her name. She is amazing and so kind. Thank you for the lovely hospitality. We would recommend the hotel to anyone travelling to Istanbul.

The Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and a tram stop less than 5 minutes away. Nearby a huge selection of excellent restaurants gives a nice touch to the evenings without having to venture too far away. Overall a perfect stay, we cannot wait to go back!
